This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of ZeroCorp's AI agent platform and related services. By using ZeroCorp, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. ZeroCorp Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore, and this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
ZeroCorp provides autonomous AI agents to help run your business operations, including CRM, marketing, and customer support. These agents operate in isolated workspaces on ZeroCorp's shared infrastructure, with data isolated per client.
AI Disclaimer: Output generated by AI agents is automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. ZeroCorp makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output, including any communications sent to customers, contracts, or compliance filings, before use.
You are responsible for your business's legal and tax compliance in every jurisdiction in which you operate. ZeroCorp provides the technology platform; you are the operator of your business. You must ensure your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including local business registration, tax filing, and data protection obligations.
Your business data stays in your isolated ZeroCorp workspace. ZeroCorp stores only customer data required for legal compliance (such as billing information). We do not sell your data or use it to train our models.
GDPR (EEA, Switzerland, and UK customers):Where the GDPR applies, ZeroCorp acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller for business data you upload. Our processing is limited to the purposes of providing and maintaining the service. Data may be transferred to and processed in the region where ZeroCorp's infrastructure is located. You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection) by contactingsupport@zerocorp.live.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. ZeroCorp reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers): If you are a consumer within the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contactsupport@zerocorp.livewithin the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days of your notice.
ZeroCorp provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, ZeroCorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using our AI agents. The AI agents are tools to assist your operations, not substitutes for professional judgment.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your workspace and associated data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email, and may require you to re-accept the updated Agreement before continuing to use the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
